Vision:
Po Leung Kuk Academy of Professional Education upholds the spirit of Po Leung Kuk of “serving the community with dedication”; and strives to become a leading local professional educational institution by advocating high quality education and nurturing outstanding professionals.

Mission:
(i) To extend Po Leung Kuk’s mission of “protecting the young and the innocent” by offering a wide range of programmes which nurture professionals; to support the healthy development of children and youth; to take care of the elderly and underprivileged, and to help foster harmonious families;

(ii) To set a new exemplar of professional education in Hong Kong through providing high quality programmes, while leveraging the established strengths of Po Leung Kuk’s existing services;

(iii) To offer cross-disciplinary collaboration and practice-based programmes to keep abreast of the changing needs of the new generations, and nurture professionals who pursue excellence and innovation in their careers;

(iv) To promote life-long learning through fostering students in continuous learning for their professional advancement so as to better serve the society;
