Po Leung Kuk Academy of Professional Education provides a variety of teacher’s training programmes, including seminars and school-based teacher training workshops to enhance the professional knowledge and skills of frontline teachers.

Our school-based training workshops formulate appropriate and targeted teachers training strategies to promote their professional development. The scope and format of training will be tailored made to fulfil the needs of schools and childcare organisations.

Our training will be conducted by a team of interdisciplinary experts through the formats of school-based activities and teachers’ developments days. We focus to enhance teachers’ professional practice and encourage reflective sharing for their professional advancement.
